1. Service Description

InterviewPilot is a mobile interview preparation app. It helps users generate Interview Packs, Employer Intelligence reports, role-focused preparation guidance, interview questions, STAR prompts and PDF preparation documents from user-provided information.

2. Accounts

Users may need to create an account to use certain features. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping login details secure.

4. AI-Generated Content

InterviewPilot uses AI technology to generate preparation content. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for a specific situation. Users should review and adapt all content before using it.

5. No Guarantee of Job Offers

InterviewPilot supports interview preparation, but it does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employer responses or any specific employment outcome.

6. Credits, Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features may require Interview Credits or an active subscription. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by those platforms. Refunds are generally handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

7. User Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they upload or enter. InterviewPilot owns or licenses its app, branding, design, software and related materials.

8. Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion from inside the app or by contacting james@interviewpilothq.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InterviewPilot is not liable for employment decisions, interview outcomes, indirect losses or losses caused by reliance on generated content without independent review.
