InterviewPilot is a mobile interview preparation app that helps users generate Interview Packs, Employer Intelligence reports and PDF preparation documents from user-provided information.
2. Information We Collect
- Account details such as email address and user ID.
- Uploaded job descriptions, company names, job titles, optional notes and employer details.
- Generated Interview Packs, Employer Intelligence reports, PDFs and saved preparation history.
- Usage information such as feature usage, credit balance, purchase status and generation history.
- Payment-related status from Apple, Google or RevenueCat where purchases are enabled.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to create and save Interview Packs and Employer Intelligence reports, generate PDFs, manage accounts, credits, subscriptions and purchase status, provide support, protect the app from misuse and improve reliability.
4. AI Processing
InterviewPilot uses AI services to generate interview preparation content from the information users provide. Job descriptions, notes, role details and employer information may be sent to AI service providers so requested content can be created.
5. Saved History and PDFs
InterviewPilot stores generated Interview Packs, Employer Intelligence reports, PDFs and preparation history so users can access them later. Deleting an account removes associated preparation data where required and appropriate.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments may be processed by Apple, Google and RevenueCat. InterviewPilot may receive purchase status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers and entitlement information so credits and subscriptions can be managed. InterviewPilot does not store full payment card details.
7. Sharing Information
We may share information with trusted service providers needed to run InterviewPilot, including backend hosting, storage, AI providers, payment providers, analytics, monitoring, security providers and legal or regulatory authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect account data, generated content and preparation history. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
